Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

This event will happen outside if weather allows, so please dress accordingly so you can stay warm outside during the ceremony, but enjoy dancing and fun inside the lodge for the reception.
There will be seating for all guests available during the ceremony. Please be sure to arrive no earlier than 3:00pm and no later than 3:20pm to enjoy the ceremony. If you arrive early and do not wish to wait for the event to start outside in the cold, make your way to the Ponderosa Lodge, which is adjacent to the Ponderosa Meadow where the ceremony will take place. There will be an assortment of warm beverages you can enjoy, which will include coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and apple cider. You are welcome to hold onto your warm beverage for the ceremony, if you wish, just don't spill on the bride! We will also have a limited number of blankets you are welcome to use during the ceremony. Note: Please do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. We have fabulous photographers who will make sure to capture the beauty, and we are happy to share photos should people desire them.
Reception
4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

This event will be held inside the Beaver Creek Lodge, a short walk from where the ceremony will take place. Please dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire for this part of the wedding.
After the ceremony, we will make our way back into the lodge for cocktail hour beginning at 4:00pm. At 5:00pm, dinner will be served buffet style - there will be assigned seating and a corresponding table number that will identify where you will be sitting for the evening. A few things to note: We do ask that you not bring any outside alcohol into the venue and we ask that you keep any smoking to designated areas outside.
After Party

This is an optional event to attend after the wedding is done at about 9:30pm. This will be a casual, fun event of continued dancing, pool, and likely a lot of chaos. It will be located in the Ponderosa Lodge next to where the ceremony took place.
If you want to continue the party with us, feel free to bring a change of clothes or shoes so you are more comfortable. We will have games, more music and dancing, additional snack foods and beverages to enjoy. Everyone is welcome! Please note that if you decide to attend the after party and the bride and groom have not pre-arranged that you are staying on-site, we ask that you figure out a safe way to get back to your lodging. We want everyone to have a good time, but also want everyone to stay safe!
