Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving about one hour to 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled, grab a drink at the cash bar and find your seat for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal Cocktail Attire, this does not mean black tie but still elevated and polished. Men should wear a suit and tie (no tuxedos). Women can wear cocktail dresses, mid length dress, or floor length dresses. No white dresses. If you are worried a choice is "too much" it's probably perfect. Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only celebration. Only those invited are permitted to come.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We're keeping our guest list intimate. Unless your invitation specifically includes a guest's name, or states guest on the invitation, we ask that you join us solo.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held in a covered outdoor pavilion attached to the clubhouse at Hawks View. The cocktail hour and reception will be held at The Riviera Ballroom indoors.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at numerous hotels in the area that majority are walking distance to the reception location. Please click on the "Travel" tab to find more information.
Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
A shuttle will be offered to guests from The Riviera Ballroom, our reception location to the ceremony location at Hawks View and back. Guests will need to meet at The Riviera to be picked up and taken to the ceremony location. Parking is available at Hawks View for those who want to drive themselves. Parking at The Riviera is limited and street parking only. If you plan to stay at a hotel we suggest parking at the hotel and walking or taking an Uber to the Riviera and take the shuttle to Hawks View. Shuttle will start taking guests to the ceremony starting at 3:00pm and will stop at 3:40pm. Transportation after the reception is on the guests.
