E-Ticket

The E-Ticket is a mandatory, free electronic form required for all travelers entering or leaving the Dominican Republic through commercial flights. It combines customs, immigration, and health forms into one QR code per trip. Requirements: You need to complete one for arrival and one for departure. Timing: We recommend filling it out 24 hours before your flight. It must be completed before you reach the airline counter, as it is often checked at boarding. Group Submission: You can fill out one ticket for a whole family/group traveling together (up to 7 people). What to do with the E-Ticket: > Generate QR Code: Upon completion, you will receive a QR code. > Save/Print: Take a screenshot of the QR code or print it out to show to airlines and customs officials. Select "view" to complete the E-Ticket application.

Once you land, you’ll go through customs. You will be given a tourist card or entry form - be sure to keep it somewhere safe! You’ll need to show it again when you depart to head home.

Guests staying 3 or more nights using our group booking will receive complimentary round-trip airport transportation between Punta Cana International Airport and the resort ☀️🌊 Transportation is one private transfer per room reservation, so all guests in the room must arrive and depart at the same time to use the shared transfer. After booking your room, the resort will provide instructions for scheduling your airport pickup. The resort is located approximately 45 minutes from the airport. Please see FAQ for other options.

Select your Destination (Punta Cana), > Check-in & Check-out dates, > Number of guests, > and enter the Promo Code; RPWAPR27XPC 4. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” and make sure you see the message: “Promotional code applied”. 5. In the comments box, please add the promo code again. 6. Complete your booking, and you’re all set! 🎉🍾

No deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.
