Day of transportation from Double Tree hotel

We have arranged for a bus from Rhoads transportation to pick up guest from the hotel and bring them to the venue. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 1:30 and leave aprox. 1:50. The bus will be parked on 10th street outside of the hotel. They will come back to the venue at multiple times to take guest back to the hotel for the night.

Reading Airport

Reading has a local small airport where you're able to book connection flights to larger airports such as Philly and Harrisburg. We have found that its cheaper to fly to and from Harrisburg than the philly airport if you choose this option.

Philly airport is about an hour and a half away from reading.

Harrisburg is about an hour drive, hour and a half with traffic.
