What Precautions are you putting in place for COVID-19?

Answer

We understand everyones hesitation for attending a larger gathering so we have put in place a couple precautions to make everyone comfortable. For starters we ask that everyone please bring a mask. We do ask that you wear them while getting food but other than that we are leaving it up to individuals if they wear a mask. We also will be dismissing each table to get food rather than having a line. When you first arrive to the ceremony we will be checking everyones temperature for fevers. And finally we will be using colored wrist bands to show every ones comfortability. Green will be for those who are comfortable with hand shaking and hugs. Yellow will be for those who are cautious and are okay with short space and elbow touches. Red will be for those who want to social distance and no touching. We hope these precautions will help keep everyone comfortable and safe.

Whats Happening with the Coronavirus outbreak?

Answer

Due to the outbreak, Konlan and I had to make the difficult decision to reschedule our wedding, We will be moving our wedding date from June 20th 2020 to August 15th 2020. We hope that you are still able to join us on our big day! If you have already submitted your RSVP you can still edit it if needed! Just simply type in your name to bring up you and your parties RSVP. Any further Questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to Konlan and I!

Are children invited?

Answer

We would love to have children involved with our special day, however keep In mind it will be an adult like atmosphere.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be some parking at the venue, its feild parking. If you're staying at the hotel we will have transportation if youd chose to take it too and from the venue.

Is it open or cash bar?

Answer

Open. Duh.

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be having beef tips in a marinade, roasted chicken, three cheese mac and cheese, fingerling potatoes, vegetable medley and garden salad. All served buffet style.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the Reception will be at the same venue and will be partially inside and out side.
