While their relationship didn’t start off as an easy friendship, everything shifted once Madi and Alyssa had a long-overdue heart-to-heart in 2022. From that moment on, the two grew from in-laws to true sisters and best friends. Madi has brought so much joy into Alyssa’s life—not only as a sister, but also by making her “Auntie Alyssa” to her sweet niece, Oakley Mae. It’s only fitting that someone who has become such an important part of her family and her heart stands by her side as matron of honor.

Alyssa & Hannah met at Enterprise Rent-a-Car in 2016, right after Alyssa’s college graduation. At the time, Hannah was Alyssa's assistant manager, and together, they navigated the highs and lows of the rent-a-car world. (If you know, you know!) From there, they quickly became best friends. Over the years, no matter the distance or time apart, they’ve always been able to pick up right where they left off. Even from afar, they both stay in touch over the latest news on T-Swift, Halsey, their doggies, Baby Sophie, and—when pumpkin spice season arrives—you can bet they're both living their best PSL lives.

Alyssa and Christian first met while working at GCU, and it didn’t take long for them to realize they shared a love for fitness and hiking. Their weekly workouts quickly turned into a friendship full of laughter, encouragement, and countless miles on the trail. Alyssa has also had the joy of being by Christian’s side through one of her biggest life chapters—becoming a mom to her sweet son, Jack. “Auntie Lyss” and Jack are the best of buddies, and Christian’s friendship has become one of Alyssa’s most cherished.

Lou and Juston met later in college as well. Juston brought Lou in and knowing he’d fit right away with the guys. From working at the SDFC together to late happy hours with the friends at Mellow Mushroom, they’ve been connected since.

Vanessa is Alyssa’s younger sister—five years apart, but always connected. While the two are opposites in many ways, their bond has only grown stronger over the years. Some of Alyssa’s favorite memories are from the time Vanessa moved to Arizona to attend GCU, when they were able to live close by and share everyday moments together. To Alyssa, she’ll always be her “sissy,” and she couldn’t imagine her wedding day without her by her side.

From Britney Spears and Celine Dion performances to sleepovers with pillow fights, their friendship has always been full of laughter and fun. Alyssa first met Becky shortly after moving to Washington at a Cyclebar event in January 2022. What began as casual hangouts through mutual friends quickly grew into a deep and genuine friendship. Becky has shown up for Alyssa in countless ways—most memorably during the fire academy, when she cooked meals, helped with Daisy, and offered steady encouragement through every challenge. Her kindness is truly unmatched, and her unwavering support during life’s hardships has made her not just a friend, but family.
