In order to have a proper headcount for all wedding vendors and getting details squared away, all RSVPs need to be sent in by May 15, 2026. RSVPS after will not be taken unfortunately due to counts.
We request that you RSVP with both the physical RSVP (by mail), and here on our wedding website! This ensures that we have you down if one way does not work or gets lost, and you are able to attend our special day!
Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:25/3:30. Please arrive no later than 3:15 and allow our ushers to help seat you so we can begin the ceremony on time. Any arrivals after 3:20 will be directed to the back to not disturb the ceremony.
With our wedding being in Ferdinand, Indiana, there are multiple time zones depending on where you are at in the area, location, and even across the highway. Our ceremony will start at 3:30 EST. So please begin arriving around 2:45-3:15 EST. It is important to note that your phone time may change depending on settings and or what time zone area you are in, so please be aware of this and plan or track accordingly. If you have questions please reach out to the bride or groom, we are happy to help you figure out how to be there when you need to be!
There is a large parking lot surrounding the community center in which all guests should be able to park at! However, due to lots of loved ones attending if you are able to drive with friends or family, please do!
No! We have picked the best place that includes both parts of our wedding in the same area! After the ceremony the ushers will guide you to the building where you can enjoy cocktail hour inside!
We ask that all phones and cameras are put away during this time. We have hired the best photographer and videographer to capture our perfect day! We will be happy to share it all once we get it back for all of you to enjoy. So please take a break and enjoy the moment!
Dress code is Semi-Formal! This includes a nice dress, jumpsuit, khakis and dress shirt or a nice polo and dress pants, etc. Its your time to dress up a little as well! We do ask that you do not wear red, full navy blue, or white as those are reserved for the wedding party, bride and groom! Please no jeans or T-shirts!
It will be beginning of August, and HOT! So please prepare to drink water, and wear comfortable clothes for the heat! Ceremony will be outside, but reception to follow will be inside.
Due to space, numbers, and arrangements only those listed on the invitation and RSVP spots are asked to attend. Please limit to the number and people stated on your RSVP, and on the RSVP on our website when your name comes up. We have strategically arranged for all the special people in our life to attend!
Yes! We absolutely adore all the littles in our lives and have placed them on your Invitation and RSVP spots, so if they are on there, PLEASE bring them along to celebrate with us!
We will be having a buffet style supper that includes many different options for all our guests, so feel free to choose what you would like during that time!
During both ceremony and reception there will be areas reserved for certain family . During the ceremony the first couple rows will be reserved for immediate family and loved ones, as well as tables during the reception. Our amazing ushers will be able to help you find the perfect seat if you are in need of assistance, and they are aware of those who will be seated in the reserved areas. Otherwise, there is no seating charts, please feel free to sit anywhere!
For the most part music will be family friendly, however as the evening gears up and there will be less family friendly music played. So feel free to stay for all parts of dancing, or depart when you feel it's right!
There will be an open bar provided during the wedding. However once the alcohol is gone, it is gone and no more will be served. Due to having an open bar, we do ask that you know your limit, and drink responsibly as many will be driving after the reception, and we want to have a safe, loving environment. Thank you!

Reception will begin right after the ceremony about 4:00. Entrances of the bridal party and couple will begin around 5:15, and the supper buffet will start about 5:30
