While we adore all the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the special exception of our nieces and nephews. Due to the limited capacity of our venue and our very large extended families, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate everyone we love. Please refer to your invitation or the digital RSVP section for the specific names of guests reserved in your party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place in a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue offers an open indoor area that walks out to a beautiful outdoor space, so please dress comfortably and choose footwear suitable for both settings.

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking! As you drive in, simply follow the driveway toward the barn. You’ll see a designated grassed parking area on your left just before you reach the building. For guests with limited mobility: We have a few reserved spots closer to the barn for easier access. Since these spots are limited, please contact Alyssa directly to let us know if you’ll need one, and we’ll make sure a space is waiting for you!

Absolutely, the drinks are on us all night long! To keep the the vibes just right for our special day, the bar will be focusing on standard pours and signature cocktails, so please note that shots and doubles will not be served. Most importantly, we want everyone to get home safely! If you plan on raising a glass (or two) with us, please arrange for a designated driver. Taxi services are also readily available in the area!

Our menu includes Chicken Kiev, Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Honey-Glazed Carrots, Caesar Salad, and Buns, followed by New York Cheesecake with your choice of blueberry or strawberry topping for dessert.

We have a room block reserved for our guests at the Days Inn in Steinbach (about 12 minutes from the venue). Please head over to the Accommodations tab for the direct booking link to Days Inn Steinbach and to view other hotel options within the area. Please Note: The block at Days Inn will be held until June 18, 2026. After this date, the rooms will be released to the public, so be sure to book early!

Unfortunately, vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by 1:00 AM sharp. We kindly ask that you plan your transportation ahead of time so you can enjoy the night and get home safely!

We want everyone to have a fantastic time and get home safely! Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation and designated drivers. A quick note on parking: The venue requires that all vehicles be removed from the premises by 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, overnight parking is not permitted, so please plan your ride accordingly to ensure a smooth end to the night!
