Although our wedding ceremony will be starting at 2:30 PM, we kindly ask that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes early to take your seats. Please Note: Although our wedding venue is technically located in La Broquerie, it is actually much closer to Friedensfeld, Manitoba—just about 2 km past Friedensfeld Hall.
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged (phone- and camera-free). Please refrain from using cell phones or taking photos during this time. We have professional photographers and a videographer capturing these special moments, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us and enjoy the ceremony without screens.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Following the ceremony, we kindly ask that all immediate family members remain in the ceremony area for immediate family photographs. As we both come from large families and have limited time to capture these moments, we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that everyone is included.
3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
After the ceremony, we’d love for you to join us for cocktail hour! We’ll have an open bar (with a few restrictions - see FAQ's for questions) and lawn games to keep things lively and fun. This is the perfect chance to relax, enjoy a drink, and mingle with friends and family. We know there’s a bit of a gap before the reception, and we truly appreciate your patience while we sneak away to capture the photos that will mean so much to us for years to come.
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
After family photos are complete, we kindly ask our wedding party to join us for a few group photos. Following the wedding party photos, the bride and groom may be departing the venue for off-site photos at a private location as well as on site photos as well. We look forward to rejoining everyone for dinner and the evening celebrations.
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm
At 5:45 PM, guests will be directed to their seats as we gather to enjoy our first meal together as husband and wife. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. At 6:45 PM, dessert will be served. We are so excited to share this special meal (and sweet treat) with you! Please see FAQ's for details on dinner menu.

We’ll begin with dances with our parents, then move straight into the after party! The wedding celebration will officially end at 12:00 AM, when the venue will be closing.
10:00 pm - 11:30 pm
At 10:30 PM, a charcuterie platter featuring a selection of fine meats and cheeses will be available for guests.
