Hedge Creek Falls
A very short but extremely scenic trail leading to a beautiful waterfall and a great view of Mount Shasta and the Sacramento River. The trail runs behind the waterfall and is approximately 0.7 miles in total distance.

Heart Lake
A three mile hike with some of the most stunning views in the area. It starts from Castle Lake and offers views of Mount Shasta, Black Butte, and Castle Crags. One of our favorite hikes!

McCloud Falls Trail
A series of three waterfalls along a trail that spans about 4 miles total. 18 miles away from the heart of Mount Shasta city but is absolutely worth the trip!
