What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average high is 68 degrees and low is 40 degrees. Since May can be an unpredictable month, bring warmer layers just in case. We will have a tent and heat lamps between the tables for the reception as it will get chillier throughout the evening.

Yes! The venue has a large parking lot available on site.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested! We’ll be in the mountains in May, so while the daytime should be mild, evenings can be chilly. We suggest dressing up and bringing layers to stay comfortable throughout the night. The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so maybe rethink wearing stilettos!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We love your little ones! To keep our ceremony quiet and free of interruptions, we kindly ask that children not attend the ceremony itself. An indoor area at the resort will be available for parents who wish to stay with their children during the ceremony, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for cocktail hour and the reception afterward.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding starts promptly at 4:00 PM so please arrive by 3:30-3:45 so you can find your seats.

I have a food allergy/preference, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know when you RSVP and we will work with the resort to have vegetarian/vegan/gluten/allergen free options available for you.
