Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi formal attire. Please be aware that the reception is on a grassy area. Wear shoes accordingly!

What are the parking areas for handicapped at the reception venue?

Answer

We will have valet parking for those that are handicapped. You will drive right up to the barn and someone will meet you there to park your car!

Is the venue inside or outside?

The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will take place outdoors underneath a tent!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know your allergies as we are trying our best to accommodate those!

When do I need to reserve a hotel room by?

Answer

September 11th, 2025 If you fail to reserve a room, you may have to find another hotel to reserve a room. This may be tricky due to a UW Badgers game taking place the same weekend as our wedding so please be mindful of that!

Yes! We are registered on Amazon and Target. Please search “Alyssa Ratze and Caleb Gerry” to locate our registry!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please attend the ceremony by 2:30pm to allow all of our guests to be seated before our start time of 3:00pm
