Andrea is the Bride’s older sister. Andrea is currently working as a school social worker between a middle school and high school in Sacramento. Andrea and Alyssa have always been close even throughout their times apart in college. Andrea studied social work at Saint Mary’s College in Indiana and later received her masters through Western New Mexico University. Before moving to Sacramento she also received her P.P.S Credential in social work and child welfare and attendance from San Jose State University. Andrea’s heart beats for helping others and is a kind soul.
Hannah Lewis
Bridesmaid
Hannah and Alyssa met at their time in College. Hannah studied Business Management and currently is living in San Francisco where she works on the advertising team at Uber Headquarters. Alyssa and Hannah met while rushing the same sorority at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. You could not separate these two girls! As soon as they met they were inseparable! They loved to spend their time at the beach and talking in Hannah’s apartment. This friendship is one that will never end. Hannah is someone that Alyssa can always depend on.
Josephine Gomez

Josie is the Bride’s Sister-in-Law. In 2021 Alyssa was a bridesmaid in Josie and her older brother’s wedding. Alyssa couldn’t be happier asking Josie to be apart of her special day! Josie and Alyssa’s older brother Alex met at their time in college at the University of San Diego. Ever since then Josie has been a kind addition to the Gaona family. Josie currently teaches Transitional Kindergarten in Fallbrook, San Diego and is pregnant with her first child!
Zenetta Zepeda
Bridesmaid
Zee and Alyssa met at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Alyssa was Zenetta’s Phi Director welcoming her into the sorority! Zee moved from Hawaii back to her home state of Colorado to continue her education career. While Alyssa was sad to see her go, Zee made huge accomplishments! Zee is currently a senior at the University of Colorado Denver. She is a biology major with a minor in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience and a certification in Environmental Stewardship of Indigenous Lands. Zee works in research with the Neurosurgery Department at CU Anschutz and is a research consultant for Wellbeing with the Aspen Institute. Knowing Zee and receiving her love is a blessing.
Xochil Castañeda

Xochi is one of Alyssa’s closest friends! Xochi and Alyssa met through their boyfriends. Xochi’s boyfriend is also apart of the wedding party. Not only is Andy a groomsman but he is also Alyssa’s “cousin”. Xochi has a deep connection to Brandon and Alyssa and having her apart of the bridal party is so special. Xochi is currently working as a comprehensive perinatal health worker. And is welcoming her first child this June!
Eddie Bryan Duarte
Best Man
Eddie is the brother of the groom and is the perfect choice for best man. He's always been there for him and has a great sense of humor. He's loyal, trustworthy, and knows how to have a good time. Eddie has been a mentor to Brandon and has always been there to guide him in life. He's accomplished so many great things and has a way of inspiring others to be their best self. He's the perfect choice for the best man and will make our wedding day even more special.

Groomsman
Andrew is a groomsman he has been a great friend to Brandon for a long time. He’s known him since a very young age they have grown up playing soccer together, which has helped them form a strong bond. Even outside of soccer, they've become great friends and he's someone you can always count on. He'll make an excellent groomsman and will help make our wedding day even more special. He just had his first child and he’s going to be a perfect father as well.

Our groomsman is a lifelong friend of Brandon who he’s known since pre-school. They’ve shared countless experiences together, from playing soccer to attending concerts and traveling to places like Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He's been a constant source of support and encouragement throughout his life, and consider him to be like family. He's always been there for Brandon, offering a listening ear and wise advice when needed most. Brandon is thrilled to have him by his side as a groomsman on the wedding day, and we know he'll help make the day even more special.

Ricky our next groomsman is practically family being my cousin's cousin who has become like family to Brandon over the years. He's known for his love of fun and his infectious, goofy laugh that always brings a smile to your face. First met him at my family’s house as our aunt would baby sit us together but we quickly hit it off. We’ve since had the opportunity to spend time together at various family events, and grown to admire his kind and generous nature. He's always been there for Brandon, offering support and encouragement whenever it’s needed. Brandon is thrilled to have him by his side as a groomsman on the wedding day, and we know he'll help make the day even more special with his infectious energy and positive attitude.
Brendon Chitura

The next groomsman is one of Brandon’s best friends who he’s known since he was 12 years old. Brandon first met him through competitive soccer and they quickly bonded over there shared love of sports. Over the years, they played together on many teams, from high school sports to college football, where they even played kicker. They’ve also supported each other through various life changes, including moving to Utah to pursue there dreams. Brendon always been able to motivate each other to push to be better and strive for greatness, and Brandon considers him to be one of his biggest inspirations. We’re thrilled to have him by his side as a groomsman on the wedding day, and we know he'll help make the day even more special with his unwavering support and encouragement.
