YMCA Camp Round Meadow Cabins

The venue has 14 cabins that can accommodate up to 12 people each. In other words, plenty of room for everyone to stay for free! These cabins have 6 bunk beds with a thick twin mat. Each cabin also has a large heater that’s easily adjusted with a temperature gauge. You must also bring a sleeping bag and pillow or linens for a twin bed if you plan to sleep at the venue. Please note on your RSVP if you plan to stay in the cabins so we may plan accordingly.

The Lodge at Big Bear Lake

If staying at the wedding’s venue isn’t right for you, we have a room block here for Friday and Saturday. The hotel is a leisurely 40 minute drive from the venue but one of the nicest places to stay in Big Bear so you can see more of the charming town apart from the wedding that includes Oktoberfest that is also a must-see on Sunday! If booking here, use code SNW for the room block and book by 9/7/18 or the discount rate won't be applied. Price is $189 total including taxes. We recommend carpooling since a shuttle is unavailable and Uber/Lyfts will be able to drop you off, but may not be around the venue to pick you up.

Angelus Oaks Lodge

Closest lodges to the venue at about 10 minutes away but only has 8 cabins that accommodates 2-6 people (2 of the 8 cabins hold a max of 6 people). No blocks were reserved here so book these cabins ASAP before someone else jumps you to it!

San Gorgonio Family Campground

A few years ago, Dylan and I stayed at this campground with our friends Jordan and Ali on a rainy weekend that was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for so close to home. In the event that anyone wants to bring their RV, this campground is down the road from the venue that has a dump station with RV sites that can accommodate up to 40 feet. No hook-ups are available, but the campground offers flush toilets and showers.
