What if you arrive early prior to the ceremony?

Guests will have the option to relax in the Bedford Village Inn Tavern, Lobby Bar or Corks Wine Bar (please see hours listed on website).

Can you check-in early to the Bedford Village Inn "The Grand" Hotel?

Answer

Early check-ins are not guaranteed and availability is limited. Please contact the BVI Group Rooms Manager to put in a request for early check-in.

When is check-out of the Bedford Village Inn "The Grand" Hotel?

Answer

Check out is at 11:00am ET at both the Inn and the Grand.

Is breakfast provided?

Answer

Any guests staying in the Bedford Village Inn "The Grand" Hotel will have access to the complimentary continental breakfast buffet which is served daily in the Lobby Bar at the Grand. Bridal party members staying in The Inn will receive a complimentary post-wedding brunch at the Tavern which is located in the restaurant building.

Question

Will transportation be provided for guests staying in the off-site room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites?

Answer

Yes, complimentary shuttle services will be provided both before the ceremony and after the reception. More details to follow.

Question

Will there be any planned activities for guests on Friday or Sunday?

Answer

Friday: Due to COVID capacity restrictions, we unfortunately will not be able to host a welcome event for all guests. We will host a rehearsal dinner for the bridal party and immediate family only. Sunday: Friends and family are welcome to join the bride & groom at their home in Weymouth, MA for an afternoon backyard barbeque. Time TBA closer to date.
