FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please contact Chris or Alysia. We'll investigate your questions, and get back to you as soon as we can!
Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our deadline for RSVP's is Saturday, March 14, 2020. Everyone is welcome to RSVP online via the RSVP tab of our website. If for any reason you aren't able to RSVP by our deadline and would still like to attend, please pack a snack--you're still welcome, and we'd love to have you!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is dressy casual. Ultimately, whatever you'd be most comfortable wearing in the ballpark of khakis, polo shirts, sundresses or blouses, would be perfect! Shoes should be chosen with both indoor and outdoor terrain in mind. We also recommend keeping a jacket nearby in case of a crisp evening breeze!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both events will be held in the same indoor/outdoor space at the winery. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and dinner and celebration will crossover both indoors and outdoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m., to make sure everyone's arrived and seated on time for the ceremony to start promptly at 6.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free! Parking is located in front of the building, first thing as you come through the gates. The outdoor path to walk down to the ceremony area starts to the right (west) side of the building.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception spaces wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is an accessible route to the venue space. Please note in your RSVP if you need accessible entry, so that we may have accommodation coordinated in advance for you.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area for light snacks in the interim before dinner.

Question

Will there be a bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering a cash bar with a full selection of cocktails, and Crown Valley beer and wines all evening long!
