**Shuttle Information**

There will be 2 shuttle runs to the venue before the ceremony, and at the end of the night. Here is the schedule: Pre-Ceremony: Trip 1 - Leave the DoubleTree at 3:20pm and arrive at Jerris Wadsworth Barn at 3:40pm Trip 2 - Leave the DoubleTree at 4:00pm and arrive at Jerris Wadsworth Barn at 4:20pm End of Night: Trip 1 - Leave the Jerris Wadsworth barn at 10:25pm and arrive at the DoubleTree at 10:45pm Trip 2 - Leave the Jerris Wadsworth barn at 11:05pm and arrive at the DoubleTree at 11:25pm

We have reserved a room block under the Taggart/Diamond Wedding at the DoubleTree Hilton. This is the only hotel we will offer a shuttle to transport guests to and from the venue. It is approximately 20 minutes from the Wedding Barn.

Genesee Country Inn Bed and Breakfast

We do not have a room block at the Inn, but it is a short 10 minute drive from the Wedding Barn.

Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport

While the Syracuse and Buffalo airports are only about 1.5 hours away, the ROC airport is only 10 minutes from the DoubleTree Hilton Henrietta, and 25 minutes from our venue.
