Train

MARTA

MARTA is the public transportation system in Atlanta. You are able to take the train from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport into Buckhead. Get on the RED line train northbound towards North Springs and get off at the Buckhead station. You should walk out of the south exit and it is about a 5 minute walk from the station to the Intercontinental. It will take about 40 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport by train.

Flight

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Fly into Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. There is a plane train to bring you from your terminal to the baggage claim/ground transportation/MARTA, but Arthur loves to walk between the terminals to check out the latest art and history exhibits that updated every so often. Arthur especially likes the jungle themed walkway between Terminal A and Terminal B. The hotel/wedding venue is located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta about 30 minutes from the airport by car. If you're not renting a car, there are plenty of transportation options available from the airport including Lyft, Uber, and MARTA.

Getting Around Atlanta

All of the wedding festivities are located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The Buckhead MARTA stop is a short walk from the hotel, but Lyft, Uber, and taxis are also readily available.
