It was the year 2020… in the middle of a pandemic. We magically swiped right and matched with each other online. Over the next month, we messaged daily, sharing stories and getting to know one another. We decided to go on our first date on October 18th, a chilly and rainy Sunday afternoon. We were so excited to finally meet in person for the first time, and also incredibly nervous! We decided to meet up for apps and drinks at Roosevelt’s, and then ventured to the Max (local arcade bar) and then to Crawpappys. We talked and laughed for hours! From that day on, we knew we had something special.
