Glacier Park International Airport

Fly into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). The airport is located in Kalispell, only a 20 minute drive from downtown Whitefish. Direct flights from LAX to Kalispell are approximately 2.5 hours.

Uber is available in limited areas and is not a reliable source of transportation in the Flathead Valley. We suggest renting a car if you are planning on exploring the area and advise booking rental cars in advance as they will sell out. Four major car rental agencies are located within the terminal, immediately adjacent to the baggage claim area. Three additional agencies are offsite, with a short shuttle ride away. Turo is another good option if rental cars have limited availability. Some hotels provide free round trip shuttles to and from the airport. Check with your hotel to see if a free shuttle is available.

The Firebrand Hotel is the sister hotel to The Lodge at Whitefish Lake. These two hotels are the most upscale accommodations in the area. The Firebrand Hotel was built in 2016 with a premier Downtown Whitefish location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friday's Welcome Party is located at Casey's Whitefish, just 2 blocks from The Firebrand Hotel. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and The Lodge/Whitefish Lake. The Lodge at Whitefish Lake

The Lodge is located on Whitefish Lake about a 5 minute drive from Downtown Whitefish. It is the largest and nicest hotel in the area. There are a range of standard rooms, suites, 2-3 bedroom condos and luxury homes. The hotel does not offer room blocks, so book early if you would like to stay here. There is a complimentary shuttle that goes between The Lodge and it's sister hotel, The Firebrand Hotel, for easy access to Downtown Whitefish.

We have a room block at Hampton Inn & Suites Whitefish for Friday, 7/22/22 and Saturday, 7/23/22. There are King and Queen Rooms available for $249 per night. It will be difficult to find anything cheaper in peak season in Whitefish!
