Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kids, but we want this to be your night off. The welcome party and wedding will be an adults-only event. If you would like to stay in Montana longer and make it a family vacation, you can travel with your children and we can assist in finding child care services.

How do I get to the wedding?
Answer
For your safety and enjoyment, complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will depart from The Firebrand Hotel and Hampton Inn & Suites in Whitefish at 2:30 PM and return every hour beginning at 10:00 PM. Parking at the wedding venue is limited and taxis/ubers/lyfts are not available due to the remote location. If you drive to the wedding, please park on the street and wait for a shuttle to take you up the hill to the ceremony site. There is no parking available at the ceremony site. Shuttles are strongly recommended. Dirt roads and poor street signage makes driving difficult for those who are not familiar with the area.

From Whitefish: -Follow US 93 towards E 3rd St -Take Old Reserve Dr exit -Take a right on Farm to Market Rd -Take a left on Rhodes Draw -Take a right on Mountain Meadow Rd -Take a left on Doble Rd -Doble Rd turns into Paradise Hills Dr -The destination is on your left 850 Paradise Hills Dr Kalispell, MT

When should I book my trip?
Answer
Flights, accommodations and rental cars are limited in the Flathead Valley and will sell out. We recommend booking ASAP.

How long should I stay?
Answer
Montana has so much to offer, and we encourage everyone to stay a while and explore the area! The Welcome Party will be on Friday and the Wedding is on Saturday, so it is possible to make a weekend trip as well.

What is the attire?
Answer
The dress code for The Welcome Party is casual evening attire. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The wedding will take place outdoors, so please chose your footwear accordingly.

What is the weather like?
Answer
July has beautiful hot summer days. Nights can be cool, so bring a light jacket since the wedding will be outdoors.

Do I need a ticket to enter Glacier National Park?
Answer
Glacier National Park is instituting a pre-order ticket reservation system for the 2022 summer season. Visitors that arrive at the park gates without a reservation will be turned away.
