Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM for the ceremony, which begins promptly at 4PM. This will give you ample time to be seated & settled before the processional begins. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space. We look forward to celebrating with you at the reception!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing forest green, olive, or emerald tones, as these are reserved for our wedding party. Please also refrain from jeans or denim. As a standard etiquette reminder, white, ivory, and creams are not appropriate guest attire.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors, while cocktail hour & reception are in an indoor space, with the ability to explore the outdoor patio, weather permitting. Weather-appropriate amenities like blankets and umbrellas will be provided for guest comfort.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at Della Terra & along the mountain road. Our attentive staff will provide shuttle services throughout the venue, ensuring easy transportation to and from the ceremony site. We've reserved special parking accommodations for guests with mobility needs, so everyone can comfortably enjoy our celebration.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly request that you only bring the guests listed on your official wedding invitation. Each invitation will clearly indicate whether you have been granted a plus one, and we appreciate your understanding in adhering to our guest list.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we're delighted to provide an open bar throughout our celebration. We invite you to enjoy the evening's libations while keeping things tasteful & responsible. Della Terra has graciously offered guests the option to leave their vehicles on-site until 11am on Saturday, April 25th. However, please arrange your transportation accordingly, as any vehicles not retrieved will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present and enjoy our ceremony without digital distractions. We've hired a professional photographer to beautifully capture our most precious moments, and we kindly request that you keep your phones silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. After the ceremony concludes, you'll be welcome to take all the photos you'd like! We'll be excited to share our professional ceremony photos with you as soon as they're available.

Are kids invited?

While we adore your children, our wedding celebration is an adults-only event. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special evening out and celebrate with us!

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors & venue with an exact head count by a certain date. Any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as “No”. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as able, thank you for understanding!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Answer

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

We're happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Please contact us, and our catering team will ensure your special dietary needs are carefully addressed.
