Question

Are kids welcome at the venue?

Answer

Although we love each and every one of your littles, this will be a kid-free event. We hope you understand and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

How long will the event be?

Answer

Our wedding will begin at 6:00pm. We ask that you arrive at 5:15pm to sign the welcome book and take your seats prior to the ceremony beginning. Our wedding will end at 11:00pm.

When should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:15pm and take your seats at or before 6:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

We understand that life happens. Please wait outside until the ceremony ends. Immediately following the ceremony there will be cocktail hour under the tents.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event. We ask that you please follow a formal event dress code, which includes: Tuxedos, Floor-length Gowns, Suits with Jackets, Evening Gowns, and Dressy Cocktail Attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invite will specify exactly who is invited. We ask that you please respect our decision as we have only made arrangements for a certain amount of people. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a full-service open bar maximum. Unfortunately our venue does not allow an open bar, so we have put a set amount toward the bar. If we happen to reach that maximum (we don't anticipate this happening), the bar will become a cash bar. This means you will be responsible for your own drinks in the event that we do reach that maximum. You are able to pay cash or card for your drinks. In addition to this, we ask that you bring cash to tip the bartender.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes. We will begin by providing hors d'oeuvres at our cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner and dessert at the reception.
