Come for as long or little as your jet lag will let you as we kick off the weekend! We'll have an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres, but guests should plan to make their own arrangements for a full dinner meal.

Maroon Bells is one of the most photographed places in North America and only a short trip from the hotel. The only way to access it in the summer is on shuttles from the Maroon Bells Welcome Center, and we’ve rented an entire shuttle for our group. Once we get to Maroon, there’s a fairly flat 1.3 mile out & back trail through the valley, along the lake, and back. If you don’t want to walk, you’re welcome to hang out at the lake and enjoy the views. The shuttle leaves from the Maroon Bells Welcome Center at Snowmass at 12:30pm, so we’ll take the 11:59a.m bus from the bus stop in front of the hotel. We’ll be leaving the lobby at 11:55am sharp. It’s a 7 minute bus ride or a 57 minute walk, so please don’t miss the bus.🙂

Join us for a "Rehearsal Dinner" without any Rehearsing

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.
Guests are welcome to arrive to the roof deck beginning 5pm, grab a beverage and get settled in their seat. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, immediately followed by Cocktail Hour (open bar)

Following Cocktail Hour, we'll make our way to the downstairs restaurant for a multi-course dinner

We'd love a final chance to see you before the weekend concludes. We'll be hanging out in the MOLLIE's restaurant with a tab open from 9:45 - 12pm, so come down and grab breakfast with us, or a coffee to go, so we can say our final goodbyes!
