We have privatized the property! Xander & Sarah have contributed to all the rooms to make it more affordable as an appreciation for all that made the travels to be there on their special day. The starting rate is approximately 475 USD per night for the standard villa and private pool room with a two night minimum. The rate will fluctuate based on the room level you select. There is a reduced rate secured three days before and after but will not match the price of the two nights. Breakfast is also included for each reserved day of stay! 3 nights Pre-& post of the 2 minimum nights stays: - Buyout special rate of 6500 MAD, extended for Deluxe rooms and Deluxe villas room categories, subject to availability. - 25% discount on BAR rates (direct rates) for the higher categories: 04 Presidential Villas, 01 Royal Suite and 01 Royal Villa, subject to availability. For those that need connecting rooms or cots in the room please call the hotel to secure the special requests as there are limited availability. Extra beds are permitted for children up to a maximum age of 12 years in the Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Villas. For children aged 12 years and older, extra beds can be added in the Presidential Villa, Royal Suite, and Royal Villas. — Please make sure if you are booking at The Oberoi we have your email in the address collector as they will reach out to you to reserve your entire stay after your RSVP yes for staying at The Oberoi
