Question

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a black shuttle at the Marriott Courtyard that will drop guests from 12:00-3:00pm to the venue, and bring them back from 9:00pm-12:00 am. The Marriott is also providing a small shuttle that we hope will be easier for our elders to access. We want everyone to be safe and have fun. If you choose to drive, no worries! There will be folks who will direct you where to park at the venue.

What is the schedule for the day of the wedding?

Answer

Please be sure to arrive to the venue (Lauxmont Farms, The Rotunda) between 1:00-1:45pm. The Baraat (music procession) will start begin at 2:00 pm and go until 2:45pm outside on the long driveway. The wedding will begin at 3:00 and end around 4:15pm, and take place outside so please be sure to have plenty of sunscreen on and dress appropriately for the heat (we will have plenty of water, juices and umbrellas!) After Alpana and Jorge leave the Mandap, guests (except for immediate and extended family) can head to cocktail hour until 6:00 pm. The reception is inside the rotunda from 6:15-11:30pm- so get ready for Dinner, Drinks, and Dancing! Guests at the Marriotts will receive schedules in their Welcome Bags!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! The bar at The Marriott Courtyard (2799 Concord Rd, York, PA 17402) will remain open for guests until 1:00 am. It is cash or credit only. We hope to see you there!
