Yes! This is a kid-friendly party (and Piper will probably be the star of the show). That said, kids need to be supervised at all times because there will be alpacas and llamas roaming the grounds and they are very particular about how they like to be touched. Let us know if you're planning to bring kiddos!
We are hoping to have a semi-accurate headcount by July 15 because we're expecting many out of town guests. The official invitation will also have the RSVP link and the reply-by date. If you're ready to RSVP now, you can do so here on the website!
For out-of-town guests, there will be a welcome party on Friday. Kate is tentatively planning a book event on Thursday, so stay tuned for more details. The wedding is in the city of Atlanta (or, "inside the Perimeter," or...not in a suburb 2 hours away), which means there are a lot of things to do and cute neighborhoods in the area.
This is going to be a fun and casual party at a mostly outdoor venue. We want everyone to be comfortable outside and on unpaved ground! I would describe the setting as rustic and bohemian. We will also have a light "theme" celebrating one of our favorite filmmakers, David Lynch, so if you want to dress up like a Twin Peaks character, go for it!
