Question

What do I do if I can't make the wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! However, we totally understand if you can't join us. Either way, please send an RSVP telling us you can't make it so we can plan accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By December 1st, 2021! But the sooner the better. :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding will be cocktail attire. However, from what we understand, the jungle is hot and humid. So, find something comfortable as well as classy. The rest of the events are all casual. Some are adventures that will be best in active wear. (And, of course, don't forget your swimsuit!)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yeah! Let us know if you plan to bring your little ones so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be coordinating with Blue Butterfly Planning and the venue to help transport guests to and from the wedding. While we don't have all the details hammed out yet, we expect this to also be the case for the other events we have planned in the days leading up to and after the wedding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do. I am not positive what accommodations will look like but we will make sure you do not leave the wedding hungry!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! More details will come out as we get closer. However we plan to have a welcome party on Saturday, March 5th in the evening. The following day we will have some group adventure outings planned you are welcome to attend. Then Tuesday, March 8th, we will be going to a local resort to indulge in La Fortuna's world class hot springs. Wednesday, March 9th, Andres and Aloura are headed to the beach for a short honeymoon but you are welcome to stay longer or arrive early if you want to do more exploring while in Costa Rica.

Question

Do I have to stay at the hotel you reserved?

Answer

No! We were lucky to reserve THE ENTIRE HOTEL (a total of 16 rooms). So it would be super fun to fill it up with everyone we love. That being said, you are welcome to stay elsewhere if you would like. If you plan to do so, please just let us know.

For all the days along the way
