We met through a dating app. Our first time meeting each other was at Dunkin' Donuts. Alondra was so nervous she arrived 30 minutes late. Juan waited very patiently and with breakfast ready. We felt so comfortable around each other that we kept our conversation going and it felt very short, but we stayed for almost 6 hours. After that we kept in touch and went out in a couple of dates. Juan made it official February 22,2020 after our date at Painting with a Twist. Yup, right before COVID started! We spent talking on the phone and away from each other our first year of dating. There were a lot of Zoom dates. Four years later Juan starting planning on asking Alondra for marrage. With the help of Alondra's family and his they made up a whole story about a "family friends party" for Alondra not to notice. We both started getting ready for this "family friends party" and Alondra noticed Juan was getting nervous, but she didn't think much of it. When we arrived at the locations Juan surprised Alondra with a huge sign saying "Marry Me". This moment was so special especially because, it was two days after our 4 year anniversary. A couple of months later we both decided to tie the knot the same day everything started, February 22. -A&J
