The dress code is formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We would love to see everyone take the opportunity to go all out and have fun with their attire—there is no such thing as being overdressed. Visit the formal section of this article for helpful tips: https://www.zola.com/expert-advice/what-to-wear-to-a-wedding We ask that you follow traditional formal dress code guidelines (as outlined in the article above) and refrain from wearing denim, shorts, and all-white/predominantly white dresses. This includes white dresses with patterns.
The bridesmaids will be in shades of light blue and the groomsmen will be in navy tuxes.
Free parking is available onsite, but if you're staying in our hotel block, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. Visit the lodging tab for more info!
The ceremony will be outdoors, the reception will be under a tent, and the dance floor will be under the stars. We recommend bug spray and sunscreen! Being outdoors, you may also want to consider a block heel vs a stiletto, as there may be foot traffic between walkways and grass.
On average, the weather in June at our venue tends to be 80 degrees and sunny, but as we all know the weather can be unpredictable. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the covered porch and the reception will remain outside under a tent. We will know the day before the wedding what call we'll be making, so check this site for updates!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Plus ones will be notated on your formal invitation and indicated on the form when you RSVP.
