Flight options, hotel information, and more! Note: Since Vail is a popular summer destination, it has been recommended to book hotels as soon as possible. This is a short list of some great hotels in the area. There are also several great Air Bnb or Vrbo options as well. Note: We'll have shuttles coming to The Wren Hotel in Vail Village to pick up guests and shuttle to the wedding at Camp Hale, which is about 25-30 minutes up into the mountains. The shuttles will be available to bring guests back to the pickup spot throughout the night beginning at 8:30pm, and of course at the end of the reception.

We have stayed here many times and really enjoy being in Beaver Creek right on the beautiful river. There is a fun walking/running/biking path right behind the hotel that will take you throughout Beaver Creek along the river. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the Vail Village.
