Yes, we will be offering complimentary shuttles from one designated pickup location at The Wren Hotel in Vail Village beginning at 3:45pm. You may also drive your own vehicle if you prefer, there is parking onsite.
The pickup location will be in Vail Village at The Wren Hotel. There is free public parking all around the village, or valet at select properties nearby.
We will have an early shuttle departing at 8:30pm. Shuttles will run throughout the night as needed, and of course at the end of the reception at 10:00PM.
As a heads up, our venue, Camp Hale, is high up in a remote part of Redcliff, CO where there is little to no cell phone service.
Semi formal. Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be tented. It does get a bit chilly in the evenings in the Rocky Mountains, so you may want to bring a light jacket. Additionally, the grass can be soft, so stilettos may not be the best option!
