Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

The Brides request that you wear formal black and/or white attire. Examples will be given to help assist with the dress code in the wedding day inspiration section. Sneakers are only permitted at the reception. Dress code will be strictly enforced.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we have decided to restrict the number of guests. We kindly request that guests do not bring a plus one unless specifically indicated on the invitation. The guest list is final, and any individuals not on the list will unfortunately not be admitted.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love all the children in our lives, we have chosen to have an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

The easiest way to RSVP for the wedding will be on the wedding website. Details will be included in the invitations, which will be sent out at a later date including the RSVP deadline.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To confirm your attendance, please RSVP by February 10, 2025. This allows us to finalize arrangements for our wedding, and any changes after this date may not be possible due to our final guest list being submitted

Where are you registered?

Thank you for asking! We don't have a traditional registry, but we have a newlywed fund set up on our website if you'd like to contribute.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We're thrilled to have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Charlotte / University Research Park for your convenience. To secure our special group rate, please make your reservations by Friday, March 7, 2025. You can find all the details in the 'Travel & Lodging' section of our wedding website.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not have an open bar. However, we will have a cash bar with a lovely selection of beverages available for your convenience.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that all guest arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will give everyone time to arrive accordingly and get themselves situated before the brides' arrival.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

There will be parking for all guests at the venue.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

No need to worry. There will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. You will be able to let us know at the time you RSVP.
