Our Story
Like all good love stories, it started with Robots. Well... maybe not all, but ours did. In 2014 the DHS Robotics team held their first competition which led Anna to join the team. This is where she met Steven and they quickly became friends. After only a few months of being friends, Anna knew she was in love & decided to make a move. She made the perfect prom-posal, a sign of robotics puns that read: So I have BIN thinking & I don't mean to RUSH you. But you have to TRUSS me when I say this: that it would be TOTE-ALLY awesome if we could be an ALLIANCE at ROBOPROM. So tell me, do you GRACIOUSLY ACCEPT? Anna prom-posed at Steven's house where he answered in the most robotics way possible: On behalf of Steven James Keptner I Graciously Accept. After prom they remained friends for 5 months before they started dating. After college Steven accepted a job in Louisiana and the day before they were set to move, Steven proposed at the very spot that he had asked her out: the Tridge in Midland.
