Comfort Suites
Please call the hotel at 814-942-2600 and mention the Gresock-Hoover wedding block/group to book and get the preferred rate of $160 per night plus tax. This is the more affordable option for hotels in the area. Comfort Suites is located within 30 minutes of the venue and we will have a shuttle available for transportation on our wedding day (more information to be provided later). The cutoff date is July 31, 2025 and there is a limited number of reserved rooms so we can only guarantee that rate for those number of rooms (first come first served). Rooms are available for Friday (8/22) and Saturday (8/23) night. Card information is required at time of booking to hold the reservation, but will not be charged until arrival.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Comfort Suites to Rolling Rails
August 23, 2025 2:15 pm - 2:45 pm
The shuttle will be at Comfort Suites at 2:15pm to pick up people and will leave no later than 2:45pm. The shuttle will not wait so please plan accordingly and don't miss your ride to our ceremony! The shuttle will be able to run back & forth from the venue and hotel later in the night. Scheduled departures are at 11pm at the end of the reception and at 1:30am if you choose to hang around for the after party at the house on site.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue. The cutoff date is July 7, 2025 and there is a limited number of reserved rooms so we can only guarantee that rate for those number of rooms (first come first served). Rooms are available for Friday (8/22) and Saturday (8/23) nights. Note that a card will be required at time of booking and deposits will be paid on 7/8/2025 prior to arrival.

Ridesharing
Ridesharing such as Uber or Lyft is widely available in the State College area. We recommend utilizing this service if you are staying in or near State College and plan to have some drinks celebrating with us! Please don't drink and drive.

There are many rental properties in the State College and surrounding areas. We recommend Airbnb or Vrbo to view and book. Options vary greatly and can accommodate people from singles to large groups or families.

Airports
State College Regional Airport (SCE) is the closest airport and is within 30 minutes of the venue. Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes away and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes away.
