FAQs

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception are located at Rolling Rails Lodge and there is a free parking lot onsite.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire (midi or floor length dresses are appropriate). Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. For inspiration, the color palette is summery shades of pink, blue, yellow, peaches, etc.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations and RSVPs will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 23rd by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, grabbing a drink, and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 3:15pm will be asked to wait in another area until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. If needed, people can be dropped off in the paved area behind the lodge to avoid the gravel parking lot.
