Melinda and Jamie

Parents of the Bride

Melinda and Jamie are always on the go. They enjoy traveling and taking advantage of the arts culture in Pittsburgh. They look forward to their annual trip to the Indy 500, have experienced the Kentucky Derby, enjoy attending the ballet, sporting events, like Pirates, Steelers and Penguins games, concerts and visiting local museums. In her spare time, Melinda enjoys using her design skills to complete renovation projects. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and tear down some walls. Jamie is her partner in crime and together they have renovated several properties. Their 2 rental properties in Florida keep them busy. Jamie and Melinda enjoy visiting Allison in LA. She works at their alma mater where they first met, USC. They look forward to USC football games when in town, go Trojans!

Debra and Perry

Parents of the Groom

Debbie is a recently retired teaching assistant. She enjoys gardening in her back yard and making terrariums. She is a lover of Beagles. She enjoys antiques, visiting nurseries, and collecting family heirlooms and photos. Her #1 love is the beach. She enjoys making her grandmother’s Italian ravioli recipe at Christmas time for the family. Perry enjoys tinkering with his vintage cars in the garage and taking occasional rides on his Harley. He knows a lot about cars and enjoys fixing computers. Perry is also a fan of police TV shows like NYPD blue, Blue Bloods, Law and Order, etc and follows drag racing. Perry loves his recliner, never move it or take it away without asking ;) They live in Simi Valley, CA.

Jill

Bridesmaid

Jill and Allison met when Allison was living in Richmond, Virginia in 2008. They have been friends ever since and seen each other through job transitions, moves, relationship woes, rental property drama, engagements, and visit one another when they get a chance. Their parents both live near Pittsburgh now so it makes it more convenient to get together. Jill is one of the most amazing cooks and bakers Allison knows and she also enjoys riding horses. She loves visiting historic places and having afternoon tea. Jill is also an avid weight lifter and has very successful career at an international level in food safety with McCormick foods. She lives in Leesburg, VA.

Ashley

Bridesmaid

Ashley and Allison were classmates in Theatre at the High School for Performing Arts and Visual Arts (HSPVA) in Houston, Texas. When Ashley moved to DFW area in 2013, Allison reached out to her to help her transition. It was at this point, they reconnected as adults to become good friends. They shared some really nice memories in Ft. Worth. Ashley is a great listener and always sees the glass overflowing. She has raised two extraordinary boys, Langston and Miles and is an aspiring motivational speaker, sings in a band and has a successful career at BNSF railroad. She lives in St. Louis, MO.

Rhett

Groomsman

You don’t want to run into Rhett in an alleyway he is highly trained in Krav Maga and marksmen in laser tag. He is also quite the entertainer and draws crowds with his annual Fire works show at 4th of July and his haunted decorations at Halloween. He loves comics (both of his sons are named after comic book characters, Bane and Grayson). He is married to beautiful Amanda. Mike and Rhett met working at Costco 20 years ago and have maintained a friendship ever since. He lives in Fillmore, CA.

Adam

Groomsman

Adam and Mike have been lifelong friends starting at the age of 4 back on the Amber Grove Ct. cul-de-sac. They were neighbors and had many memories of playing street hockey, riding bikes, going to the baseball card shop and swimming in Adam’s pool. Mike has fond memories spending vacations with the Mutal’s at Yosemite and attending Dodger games. Adam enjoys playing golf and participating in the Simi Valley Rotary club and has helped coordinate several fundraising events. He is currently working on becoming a High School teacher. Mike and Adam share a love for the LA Kings and Dodgers and have played on the same competitive fantasy baseball league for over 10 years. Adam lives in Simi Valley, CA

Colin

Ring Bearer

Colin is Allison's awesome nephew and she loves him more than words can describe! She has watched him grow from the time she first met him at 4 months! He is 7 now. Colin is a jack of all trades and is good at pretty much anything he tries! Lucky kid. He is learning how to skateboard with the board he got for Christmas. He is very athletic and loves playing soccer and basketball and attending SLC Real, Utah Jazz and USC football games. Colin also enjoys wearing sports jerseys of his favorite teams (thanks Glam-ma Smith). He is extremely smart and just one of Allison's favorite persons to be around. Colin is outgoing, loves being outdoors and a new big brother to Dylan. Nick (Allison's older brother) and Kira are his parents. He traveled all of the way from Utah to be here.

Victoria

Flower Girl

Victoria is our adorable Flower Girl. Daughter of Nick and Amy Pastorino. Nick was Mike’s roommate and good friend from San Diego State. They also went to high school together. Nick and Amy have remained close with Mike over the years and Allison has enjoyed getting to know them both and their adorable kids, Victoria and Rocky. Victoria loves Blue from Jurassic World. Her favorite color is “Dark Pink Sparkle”. She has a pet Leopard Gecko named Tina, she wants to be a Make-up Artist and Jewelry Helper when she grows up. And like any 4 year old, Victoria also loves Barbie, My Little Pony, Minnie Mouse and Disney princesses. She traveled all of the way from Northern California to be here.

Jayna

Flower Girl

Jayna is Mike’s niece, his sister Julie’s daughter. Jayna loves to play her Nintendo DS and board games. She is currently in love with the Shopkins characters. She is 7 and full of spirit and enjoys going to the beach, the train at Griffith Park and Knott’s Berry Farm when they come to visit during the summer from Washington state. She loves cats, pineapples, palm trees and taking gymnastics! Ahhhh to be 7 again, simpler times ❤️
