Liss Ard Estate

The hotel is completely reserved for our guests from June 28th to July 1st. Together with our familes, we invite you to join us for our rehearsal dinner on Friday at 6pm. The ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday the 29th. On Sunday afternoon, a brunch will be offered to all guests compliments of the bride and groom and their families. The 163 acres of property has so much to explore from walking trails, the Sky Garden, waterfalls, a private lake for fishing, kayaks, rowboats, wood burning sauna, and a fitness room overlooking the lake. As an entertainment bonus, there is also a salon with a grand piano. That means lots of live music will be happening after the reception. Option #2: Take a taxi from the airport to Heuston Station, take the train from Dublin Heuston to Cork Kent, then take the bus from Cork to Skibbereen. The hotel is a 5 min taxi ride from town. Travel time for mixed modes is an estimated 5 hrs 15 min. FLY TO CORK AIRPORT Option #1: Hire or rent a car. Estimated travel time is 1 hr and 15 min (recommended) Option #2: Take a bus to Parnell Place, then take a second bus from Parnell Place to Skibbereen. The hotel is a short 5 min taxi ride from the bus stop. Estimated travel time is 2 hrs and 25 min.
