There will be two transportation pick up locations; The Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello and The Graduate. The buses will leave at 4:15pm - if you miss one of these options, please find alternative transportation to the venue, the buses will not have time to make a second trip before the ceremony. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is a parking lot available for guests with free parking. Ubers are available to the location if you prefer, but difficult to find leaving the venue. Transportation will be provided back to Charlottesville at 10pm and at the conclusion of the reception.
Flight
Charlottesville Airport will be the closest to listed hotels & the venue. If you are having trouble finding flights into Charlottesville, Richmond International and Dulles International are good options, as well. Richmond will be about an hour drive and Dulles will be two hours.
