The Parry Mansion was built in 1784 and owned and occupied by the family until 1966. "Each room represents a different time period during which the Parry family occupied the Mansion." A grand indoor/outdoor market, est. as a family farm sale and auction in 1860. Vendors now sell everything from antiques and home good to organic soaps and jelly, plants and dreamcatchers. Open Tuesdays and Saturdays. Opens at 7:30am. Go early.
An eclectic food and shopping experience. Beautiful gardens. Good for a stroll, espeically because the "Scarecrow Competition and Display" (https://www.peddlersvillage.com/festivals/scarecrow-competition-display) is happening our wedding weekend. Drop by and take a look. People go all out. The Golden Plough Inn (where we have a room block) is located in Peddlers Village.
