Yes - black tie optional. The ceremony & the cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) and reception will be inside. Think elevated mountain formal: - Floor-length dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits - Tuxedos, suits, or dark jackets - Heels, wedges, dressy flats, or boots (yeehaw!) - You may want to bring a wrap or light jacket for cooler evening temps

Yes — Vail sits at 8,150 feet. To avoid altitude sickness: - Drink lots of water - Limit alcohol the first night - Use sunscreen - Take it easy on arrival day
Not necessarily. Once you're in Vail: - Most hotels are walkable - Free Vail bus runs frequently (see Travel tab for more information on Vail bus stops close to wedding events) - Village areas are pedestrian-friendly If you're staying outside Vail Village/Lionshead, a car may be helpful.
Early June in Vail is beautiful but can vary. This winter/spring has been unusually warm in Colorado so temperatures could be higher than average (fingers crossed!) Daytime: ~60–70°F Evenings: ~35–45°F Mountain weather changes quickly — layers are your friend! Bring a jacket or wrap for evening events
