What is the dress code?

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire. Ladies, we recommend cocktail dresses, while gentlemen can opt for suits (ties are optional) or nice button-down shirts with dress slacks. We'll include our color palette details with the invitation. As a gentle reminder, white is reserved exclusively for the bride.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

This is a BYOB event — alcohol and 420-friendly. Please enjoy responsibly. As this celebration takes place in a state park, all guests must follow park rules and practice Leave No Trace. Pack it in, pack it out, and keep the space clean. Please arrive sober and leave either sober or with a designated driver.

Will there be cell phone signal?

While our wedding venue is located in a mountainous area with limited cell phone coverage, we recommend downloading offline maps of the state park in advance to ensure you can navigate easily. Physical maps are provided at the park’s visitor center.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request an adults-only reception, creating an elegant evening for our guests to fully enjoy. The only exception will be our adorable flower boy and ring bearer—my beloved godson—who will play a special role in our celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30PM SHARP. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend booking your accommodations early at Vogel State Park, where both campsites and cozy cabins are available on-site. To ensure you secure your preferred lodging, we suggest making your reservations in advance through the Georgia State Parks website. Simply locate Vogel State Park on their interactive map to complete your booking.
