We have chosen the Drury Plaza Hotel as the primary recommendation for guests. It will serve as the pick-up and drop-off site for the provided transportation to and from the wedding. A block of rooms has been reserved for guests and a discounted rate is available on the Deluxe King and Deluxe 2 Queen rooms through the link provided below. They also offer other suite options which can be booked directly on their website or via phone. Please use our group number, 1009635, when making your reservations. Once all currently available rooms on the link are booked, you will not be able to book until new rooms are requested to be added. Please reach out to the hotel or the bride to easily add more! Given it is a Holiday weekend, we strongly suggest booking your accommodations early!

Transportation to and from the Wedding

**Important to note**: Ubers, Lyfts etc. are not available out to the wedding venue as it is located roughly 25 minutes from the Short Pump area. We have arranged for transportation shuttles to and from the wedding venue, The Estate at River Run. The shuttles will pick up guests from The Drury Plaza Hotel, departing for the venue at 3:30pm and departure from the venue back to the hotel will be available starting as early as 7:30pm and continuing until the end of the evening, around 10:45pm. Please note there is only one departure time to the venue, leaving at 3:30pm. Should you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.
