Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available and if needed, you may leave your car overnight at the venue but are requested to return to pick up your car by 10am the following day. Please note that rideshare options such as Ubers, Lyfts etc. are not available out to the wedding venue as it is located roughly 25 minutes from the Short Pump area. We have arranged for transportation shuttles to and from the wedding venue, The Estate at River Run. The shuttles will pick up guests from The Drury Plaza Hotel and departure from the venue back to the hotel will be available starting as early as 7:30pm and continuing until the end of the evening, around 10:45pm. Please note there is only one departure time from The Drury Plaza Hotel to the venue at 3:30PM.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be begin promptly at 4:30pm. Provided transportation will be departing the Drury Plaza Hotel at 3:30pm. Guests will enjoy a welcome beverage until the ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please note there are no other shuttle departure times so we ask you plan your transportation accordingly!
