The landmark Property is situated on the Esplanade Ridge National Historic District, about one-half mile from the French Quarter and Faubourg Marigny in one direction, and City Park, in the other. Access is easy and inexpensive by Uber, Lyft and taxis. There is plenty of on-street parking. Within walking distance, toward City Park, are eight restaurants and cafes, two grocery stores, two coffee shops and a wine bar. The Jackson – Esplanade bus stops at the corner of Esplanade-N. Broad and connects with two street car lines (also within walking distance), one at Rampart on the edge of the French Quarter and the other at the entrance to City Park. A Whole Foods Market is about a mile away on N. Broad Ave.
