FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Wedding invitations will be sent out in August. Please RSVP by Thursday, October 1st, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we must provide our venue and vendors with exact numbers by a certain date and cannot accommodate late RSVPs. Please do not RSVP later than October 1st.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting guests wear semi-formal attire for the evening. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, so please take that into consideration when planning your outfit. We ask that guests avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride. -whites, ivories, creams, light yellows

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:15 pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus making stops before the ceremony and after the reception at the Best Western Plus in Isanti and the GrandStay Hotel in Cambridge. For details on the shuttle schedule, please reference the "Schedule" page.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available for our guests. The venue allows for cars to be left overnight but must be moved by noon the following day. The parking lot can accommodate about 90 vehicles, so carpooling or using the shuttle service is encouraged!

Question

Can I take Pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony has ended, please feel free to take as many photos and videos of the evening as you'd like!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, due to limited venue space, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What if I have Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

Don't worry, we have gluten free and vegan options for both dinner and dessert! Most of our buffet-style dinner is gluten free and there is a plated dinner option for those who would like a vegetarian/ vegan option.

Question

Can I Bring My Own Adult Beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
