3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

3:00pm - Doors open - Guests start to arrive and get seated for ceremony * Any guests arriving after 3:45pm will be asked to wait until procession has completed before finding a seat 4:00pm - Ceremony begins 5:00pm - Cocktail hour (drinks & hors d’oeuvres) 5:45pm - Reception hall opens 6:00pm - Bride and Groom make their grand entrance - Dinner to be served shortly after 7:30pm - Maid of Honor and Best Man Speeches 7:45pm - Let the games begin - Our wedding party will compete in a fast-paced, musical chairs-style game (be ready to lend an item if called on and cheer them on) 8:00pm - Bouquet and Garter toss - All the single ladies (and gentlemen) get ready! 8:10pm - Special Dances 8:20pm - Dance floor opens! 10:40pm - Dance floor closes - Exit the reception hall and line up for the grand exit while Christian and Allison have their private last dance 11:00pm - Grand exit - Send off newlyweds
