See below for shuttle information, hotel accommodations and nearby airports. Our hotel accommodations are located in Downtown Mobile, with many bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The rehearsal dinner and welcome party are also within walking distance of the room block hotels. The ceremony and reception will take place approximately 15 minutes away from the room block hotels, and a shuttle service will be provided to transport guests to and from both events. Shuttle Information

April 25, 2026 For your convenience, a shuttle will run from the room block hotels to the ceremony, return guests to the hotels afterward, and then provide transportation to the reception and back to the hotels at the end of the evening. Downtown Pickup and Dropoff Location for Shuttle: Hilton Garden Inn (will pick up on North Conception Street in front of the Hilton) Pickup for Ceremony Times: 12:55 PM and 1:30 PM Following the conclusion of Mass, the shuttle will be available to take you back downtown (will complete multiple trips if needed). Pickup for Reception Times: 5:15 PM and 5:50 PM At the end of the reception, the shuttle will be available to take you back downtown (will complete multiple trips if needed).
