Dauphin’s Casual Fine-Dining

An upscale restaurant offering coastal-inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, and stunning panoramic views of downtown Mobile and the bay. Very close/walkable to downtown hotels. Be sure to stop by for Happy Hour if you get a chance (every Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6:30 PM). There are great appetizer options in addition to $2 Domestic Beers and $3 Import Beers! We recommend the Ramble On, Top Floor Margarita, and the Dauphin's Manhattan if you are feeling a cocktail!

The Haberdasher

Located within walking distance from the downtown room block hotels. It is one of Mobile's premier craft-cocktail bars. Also has a large selection of craft and imported beers. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 4 to 6:30 PM.

O'Daly's Irish Pub

We are planning to continue the party after the reception here! A classic Irish pub that is one of the more popular nightlife destinations in Mobile. Try a Car Bomb or one of the frozen drinks. We recommend a Black and Blue. Located west down Dauphin Street- walkable from the downtown hotels.

POST on the Hill

Sister to the Post location downtown! Also known for unique cocktails and a great beer/wine selection. This location is just a couple of minutes from Spring Hill College. If you want to stay near the Church and reception venue, come here for a drink(s) in between!

Wintzell's Oyster House

A casual, but classic seafood staple in Mobile. Oysters are served fried, stewed, and nude. If you don't feel like walking from the downtown room block hotels, we recommend taking the MOB City Rides (golf cart shuttle, see FAQs).

Dauphin Island is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Mobile. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are approximately 1 hour from downtown Mobile. Destin, FL is approximately 2 hours from downtown Mobile. Rosemary Beach, FL (along with other 30A beaches) is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from downtown Mobile.

Fairhope

USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park
