PVR is an International airport about 20 miles south of where our wedding will take place. Once you arrive, you will need to go through customs & immigrations. Please make sure your passport is current & up to date!

Getting to & from Puerto Vallarta Airport

Once you arrive in Puerto Vallarta, there will be several taxis waiting outside of the airport to take you to your hotel or airbnb. They run about $40-$50 on average, depending on where you chose to stay. For guests staying at the Marival Armony, there is also the option to book a round trip shuttle service ahead of time here: https://www.marivalarmony.com/transfer For departures, we have a trusted taxi driver which we have used many times that can be booked ahead of time to take you back to the airport. Please reach out prior and we can pass along his info to help arrange. Hotels will be able to book you a taxi back to the airport as well. We strongly recommend against renting a car. The roads are not very easy to navigate and the daily rental insurance can be very costly.

Marival Armony Luxury Resort and World Spa

This is where we will be hosting our wedding ceremony & reception! It is also where the wedding couple will be staying :) Located about 20 miles north of Puerto Vallarta airport, it is a beautiful all-inclusive, adults-only resort overlooking Playa Destiladeras beach. The resort offers several restaurants, pools, spa packages, activities, & a variety of room accommodations. It is the closest option to the weekend's activities where you will not have to travel once you arrive. We personally love enjoying the breakfast buffet & fresh juices underneath the main palapa overlooking the beach!
